The purpose of this website is not really to attract loads of new business, but rather to tell you a little bit about SoftMax.

As mentioned, we are a small business, and we are happy with being a small business. We would like the business to keep on growing, but it needs to do so slowly but steadily as it has been doing. If we take on too much too quickly, quality of service to both existing clients and new clients will suffer. We feel it is more important to keep old clients happy than to chase new money.

For that reason, the only contact supplied here is an e-mail address, which is admittedly being a bit stingy with our contact details, but it does afford us a bit of time to assess our resources and commitments, so we can provide a responsible and realistic answer.
